Yes you can proceed with Distance learning

By the way IGNOU is best available option for distance education but unfortunately they not offer M.sc degree (Only they offers Msc in Maths with Computer application)
Better first complete your B.sc think about M.sc as you are in 12th only so prepare well for 12th then do B.sc then think of M.sc meanwhile you just focus on your 12th exams
