Yes, you can get admission to Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) without JEE Mains if you appear for the Don Bosco University Graduate Entrance Test (DBU-GET):
Eligibility
To be eligible for admission, you must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream with at least 50% aggregate marks. Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science must be compulsory subjects.
Entrance exam
If you don't appear for JEE or State Entrance Tests, you must appear for the DBU-GET.

Through its management quota, Arya College of Engineering and IT provides admission to B.Tech programs without the need for JEE Main. Students who meet the eligibility requirements of at least 45% in PCM (or 40% for reserved categories) can be admitted based on their Class 12 grades.
The application process consists of completing the online form, sending in the required paperwork, and paying the entry fee. Due to the restricted number of management quota seats, early application is encouraged.
