CEMK BTech eligibility requires students to pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. Candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Technical Vocational Subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical). The selection criteria is entrance-based. Students also need to appear for either WBJEE or provide valid JEE Main scores.

BTech admission at LNMU is subject to the fulfillment of the preset eligibility criteria. To be eligible for admission to the four-year programme, aspirants must have passed in Class 12 or equivalent with at least 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category students) in PCM/PCBM taken together. They must also have separately passed in English. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech (Lateral Entry) course must completed a relevant Diploma. All the aspirants must hold the necessary documents establishing their eligibility.
