I believed you did Polytechnic Diploma. For UG (B.Tech), you can take admission on lateral entry. Number of colleges in India provide admission on Lateral Entry in 2nd year of B.Tech. So try to find that colleges in your area.

B.Com is one of the graduation streams most commerce students opt for. Today, after completion of graduation, there are countless career options one can opt for. However, only having a graduation degree in commerce does not solve the purpose. Eligibility for M.A. Economics:
Interested aspirants for economics degree must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
BA (Hons) in Economics subject. A minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation. Although, eligibility criteria may differ for entrance exam procedure and merit-based admission process. As in, Delhi University eligibility for merit-based admissions is aggregate 50% in B.A. (Hons) Economics done from DU only. Regards.
