If you are qualifying the below eligibility then surely you can, you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (Diploma/degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

The eligibility criteria is varies according to colleges. Some colleges asked for class 12th with math and English as compulsory subject. While some asked for class 12th in any stream with English as compulsory subject (Like Christ University). So, you are eligible for BCA course.

No, just after your 10th you can't eligible for doing BCA from any field like distance education; from open or from private you can't go for the college.
But you can go for Diploma course if you are interested in computer then you can select Diploma in computer this is 3 years. Course and after this you can do BCA and from this degree your 12th will also clear and you can gain some knowledge which is not in your 11th & 12th
Second option is that you can opt for commerce with computer in 11th and 12th and after passing with minimum 50% you can do BCA

Admission Criteria for the course enrollment to BCA at Eminent College of Management and Technology.
