Better to go for Computer Engineering branch. IT companies give preference to B.E. /B.Tech over BCA. You must have good knowledge of software languages or newer technologies like Design Thinking, Big Data, or R/Python language. These are the buzz words in IT industry. You can take admission in BSARU University without entrance exam only by management quota. As your 12th marks are good, then you can get admission by management quota. So, you can try to get admission.
