Hi,
No, you can not do M.Tech after BCA. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech is B.Tech in relevant discipline or M.Sc in Science/Maths/Statistics/CS. GATE is mandatory requirement for M.Tech.

No, you cannot do M.Tech on the basis of BCA. The eligibility criteria of M.Tech is a Bachelor degree in Technology in relevant discipline or M.Sc. Degree in Science/Maths/ Statistics/ Computer application. Further, GATE is a mandatory requirement for doing M.Tech.

BCA student can pursue MBA in finance but please consider the fact that finance in Masters is a bit difficult and therefore require strong accounting and finance basics. I'll suggest that before taking finance go through the syllabus of different colleges that are providing finance and then accordingly decide to either choose or not to opt for MBA finance.

On the basis of BCA degree, you can not do M.Tech. For M, Tech, You needs to do MCA or M.Sc. (IT/CS) along with a valid score of GATE.
