Yes, BCA is an easy course for every student who has interest in coding and in information technology as compared to any other IT Course. As long as you are interested in programming you wouldn't face any hurdles in learning, as programming is very interesting to learn. If you attend lectures regularly and actually try to understand the topics you wouldn't even need to study on daily basis. I personally didn't study on daily basis (only in exams time) but I used to attend every lecture and paid proper attention towards the lectures. Apart from this, I used to code for at-least 2 hours a day on daily basis, during my BCA. Your interest

I believe you have to have your interest towards coding because that's the only reason you're pursuing your BCA. Without the interest and willingness to code, the BCA degree wouldn't help you that much in your career. The qualities that a candidate can have is to be already aware of programming languages and their logics. If you've already studied programming in your 10+2 then you wouldn't face much difficulties in BCA. It'll be beneficial for you as you'll stay ahead of the competition and will also be able to score good percentage in your early semesters. If you are a commerce or arts stream student and wants to build a career in IT, then you should go for BCA. But if you're from Science stream then B.Tech (CSE or IT) should be your main priority. Also if you're interested in programming only then you should go for BCA. As without interest in programming, your BCA degree will not worth that much. If you've interest towards learning programming, then also you can go for BCA. It doesn't matter if you've any previous experience or knowledge in programming or not. As you'll be taught programming languages from the beginning. So, you'll get to clear your basics.
