Hello,
The level of maths is not very high in BCA. Initially, it is quite of +2 level and slowly in 2nd year, it will increase but not to a very great extent. The bottom line is that, if you have studied quite well in your boards, you will face no difficulty in catching up with the syllabus.

If you want to be a civil servant then appearing for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC is the best option after BCA. Civil services exam is very competitive. Therefore, you must have stand by alternate career option also. Therefore, you are advised to do MCA also for career in IT sector beside Civil Services.

BCA:
BCA stands for Bachelor in Computer Application. This course is designed specifically for students who are interested in learning computer languages. The students here are more towards application of knowledge
B.Tech:
B.Tech is popularly known by the name of engineering by everyone. It offers the most specialization and is better per se as compared to both the above courses. B.Tech has comparatively the most number of students applying per year.
Duration for BCA 3 year
Duration for B.Tech 4 Years & Dual Degree Course require 5 Years

Reputed college will always help you more, as it will help you to get an on campus placement and I would recommend you to go for B.Tech IT from a good college as BCA+MCA will require 2 more years as compared to B.Tech IT.
