The Railways Exam is conducted for different posts in Railways. Including the technical and Non Technical Posts. One of the post in Railways is RRB ALP or Assistant Loco Pilot Exam. Recently the government. And RRB Board has recruited the various candidates for the Railways Assistant Loco Pilot Exam. The RRB ALP Exam would be conducted in different phases of Computer Based Test. You can go for JECRC, UEM JAIPUR and Manipal University for MCA. Or, you can give IIT JAM for getting into IIT. Other than MCA, you can go for MBA.

Sorry to say, but Utkal University does not offer BCA. It offers only MCA. So, you can try for other colleges also. Good luck.

Yes, you can do MBA after BCA. Any graduate can go for MBA, if he or she scores 50% marks at the graduation time. You can apply for CAT for getting admission in good colleges.

GNDU is better college. So, if your college is affiliated to it then no problem. Or affiliation mostly does not matter, studies matter.

Both courses are good and have mostly same structure of study and curriculum but according to me likely you are from biology background, so please go for B.Sc Computer Science, it helps you more.
