Hey Lathika,
You can definitely go for BCA if you are interested in the course. You are eligible for the course irrespective of what you have done in your 12. Also just to suggest you choose a college which has good placements in BCA as not every college provides placement for BCA students. Some college suggestions -

Bachelors in Computer application (BCA) is one of the popular options to make a career in information technology. It is an undergraduate academic degree in computer application. The duration of this program is three years. It is equivalent with B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or Information technology. Candidates who are applying for the degree and diploma courses in hacking must be residents of India. They must have cleared their Bachelors degree from any background with a score of 55 percent marks. The applicants must not be less than 21 years of age when they apply for the course.

You can do it from ignou without any doubt though that's valid degree and value of its study module But if you can than go for Regular mode for your study.
