Depends on your grades. It depends on your location. If you have maths in 10+2, then yes, you can join many colleges for BCA course.
Do some research on universities.

1st year = Rs 76,000
2nd year= Rs 65,000
3rd year = Rs 65,000
Hostel is 50,000/ semester
Hostel facility is very good and clean.

BCA is Bachelor of Computer Applications whereas Tech Bachelor of Technology. BCA issolely computer related where. As B Tech in corporates technical subjects along with computer applications. The former is a degree course whereas the latter is an engineering discipline.
