BCA is Bachelor of Computer Applications whereas Tech Bachelor of Technology. BCA issolely computer related where. As B Tech in corporates technical subjects along with computer applications. The former is a degree course whereas the latter is an engineering discipline.

You can opt for PG Diploma or graduate certificate courses in computer related field. You can check the programs on college websites and study what you like.

You can get admission, but only if you have done any Diploma of three years. Only then, you can get admission directly in second year.
