Not all private or govt colleges are better all alone. Generally nowadays private colleges provide better placement assistance than govt colleges and I will suggest you to go for private institutions. Also you can have better career outlook as well as holistic development in these institutions.

Majority of colleges in India have BCA eligibility criterion as 50% at +12 stage. Therefore, you you are eligible to do BCA.

BCA is not a better course than BTech CS. BTech CS is a Engineering degree which will expose you to both theory and application of Software Engineering fundamentals and concepts. It will help you to have better career opportunities in comparison to BCA.

Both are good courses but if u want to do something in developing field then i prefer bca its a course which gives u the best knowledge of computer software insted of b-tech

pune University offers bachelor of computer Science i.e. BCS and admission starts after declaration of HSC results. please refer unipune.ac.in for details. you may also check Bharati Vidyapeeth, D Y Patil Vidyapeeth. Both offers BCA programme
