you can take admission in IGNOU it is the best university for distance learning and the session in that university is june 2013 now you can enroll in it, the fee is 9000 pr sem , or you can check its website for further details :

NItin,Bca karna ka baad tumhe definitely job toh milega but wht about good job? isliye being a counselor i would suggest u go for BBA woh bhi acha college se jaise IIPM tum ek kaam karo mein tumhe ek counselor head ka number deta hoon wos tum contact karo he will help u
