BCA is best, because it is degree program and professional a course. But, you are not eligible for BCA. In BCA, math is required in 10+2. But, some University gives you admission even without maths. I think degree is better than Diploma. So, it is your choice, you can also go for Diploma. But, there is not much scope. Whereas, after Bachelor's degree, you can go for higher studies. You can pursue MCA (Master computer application) or MBA. This is your choice. All the best.

BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for a job immediately after BCA in Small and medium-size IT companies. Unfortunately, Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role. BCA graduates may get a junior developer or application support jobs. Market acceptance of BCA is not very high in formal IT sector. A degree can only help you to get only entry-level jobs and will require the acquisition of PG degrees such as MCA and M.Sc IT for a meaningful career.

College/university change after the first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

You can do the following:
Learn about mobile development either on Android or iOS. I recommend Android as users of Android are more than iOS especially in India and there is a need for some good Android developers in the industry. iOS is also good.
Learn about web development and you shall have some extra skills. They will teach you about web development in your degree but as I said they won't teach you everything. You'll learn a little about HTML, XHTML, PHP, Javascript, ASP. net and maybe more. You don't need to master every language just any one from PHP, Javascript or ASP. NET.
