Yes, support is embedded throughout the learning journey. Internships normally follow as students develop academic depth throughout their programme. First-year students are quickly and early on in their university experience working on hands-on projects and industry-simulated tasks (Practice School I, dedicated labs, and project-based learning). All of these practical experiences allow first-year students to apply their learning practically. These experiences can be seen as a precursor to formal internship experiences in subsequent years.
