There are various options available before you after completing B.Sc. but I am going to suggest you which is worthy:
1. Go for M.Sc. : Only Bachelor's degree is not going to give you ample of opportunities but with master's you can get more ,But on a serious not M.Sc. is also not enough ,you have to Pursue M.Sc. + PhD.
Doing M.Sc. from any of the university is worthy?
No, do M.Sc. from a well-organized university or from IIT. For getting admission in IIT for M.Sc., IIT JAM entrance exam is conducted, I don't think you are aware of it.

The obvious choice should be M.Sc. in botany. But, you may get into forensic science or post-graduation in some other subject of your choice or even do management course if you like, make the choice based on what you want to do in your career.

In some of them you need to give entrance test for admission and in some its direct admission or admission based on merit.
Admissions in most of them have started so check their websites for more details.

As a Post Graduate in Botany, you have opportunities in
1. Nurseries (Both Private and Government)
2. Farm Houses
3. Agricultural Universities as Research Associate
4. Seed Companies
5. Bio Technologies firms etc.
In govt. sector, M.Sc - Botany graduates will get job opportunities in
1. Agricultural Department
2. Agricultural Universities
3. Forest Services(IFS)
4.National Park Service
5.Departments of Conservation and Land Management
6.Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services etc.
Among these, Indian Forest Service is the main attraction.
