If you want to do Diploma, then you have a good option like Diploma in financial management, Diploma in world trade management, Diploma in banking and finance management. Diploma is for one year and you will not get good scope through this. So, I will like you to suggest that it will be better if you do PGDM from good university or college will help you a lot.
