Hello!
KJ Somaiya is an established brand in India and is thus a better college than MISB Bocconi. Not many people are aware of MISB, plus its fees are exorbitantly high; hampering its ROI, unlike Somaiya.

See, if you join the private institute, then it will cost you around 5-6 lacs for the whole course and if you join government institute, then it will cost you around 2-3 lacs.

Both the courses are totally different from each other, and there cannot be any comparison between the two. Both are good. It depends on what you like doing. If you are happy serving people and like help alleviate pain, then nursing is good for you. If you like business - whether it is working for a big company or starting your own enterprise, a BBA would be your cup of tea. Choose wisely, based on your personality, attitude and interest.
