I think IFIM B-School is good for you. It is AICTE approved programme, specially designed for Working Professionals, with weekend classes. Also, they have good faculty who are industry experienced and placements for MBA students are also good. The curriculum is designed in a way to meet the industry requirements as well as expectations. You can succeed by proactively studying. Master's is of self-learning rather than teaching. So, if you are prepared to stand for yourself then I would say it is worth doing MBA in IFIM. Hello Sunny,
English is demanded anywhere we go. Hence, it can't be avoided in GD and PI too. We can speak in Hindi, if they allow us to do so, sometimes. Speaking Hindi and being fluent in it can be a real strength in some Government jobs where Hindi is much needed. Hence, I suggest you to work on your spoken English and be fluent in Hindi too, which we are because we speak it daily. * But please DON'T use informal language even if you are speaking in Hindi. I mean, don't talk to the panel like you talk to your friends. * Keep it formal and professional.

You need to go to a culinary school which is usually of 3 years in the UK, perhaps 4 years in the USA. The courses start with the first year of learning basic techniques which you pass with an exam.
