Manish sir, It all depends upon your interest. You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest. If you want to go to management then you must go for BBA. There are ample of career opportunities after BBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. Hi,
Doing MBA after civil engineering is not worthwhile because you are diverting from your core qualification/business. After an MBA, one gets a job in that particular field only like Sales, Accounting, Retail, Banks, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc. So in these sectors, engineering knowledge is not relevant. So, what was the use of doing engineering and spending the valuable four years into that? So, in my opinion, you have to start the searching for your job immediately, because in the next year thousand of civil engineers are in the queue for competition. Yes, you can. the last year's cut-off for IIM-A was 80%ile but for IIM-L, it was 90%ile.
