Hello,
If one does not wish to continue in the technical field of medical, then pursuing hospital administration is the best option. You can certainly work with private hospitals and clinic chains.

There are no such common exams. Most of the colleges in Karnataka offer BBA upon direct visit and submission of application form. In case of a large number of students, seats are allotted on merit basis. However certain colleges mandate a general entrance exam for joining BBA course. You can search in the website for such colleges and find the exam dates. These exams mostly have centres in Kerala (Cochin and Trivandrum mostly). One such college is PES University, Bangalore.

If you want to pursue your higher studies in the branch of MBA abroad, try to have the GRE and other language proficiency tests. I think they are enough for you to get other higher studies abroad.

This completely depends on your interest and skill sets. BBA is a step 1 from where you can go on to do MBA if you like business administration and management etc. Bachelors in beauty and wellness too has a great career opportunities. My recommendation is, you can do BBA and a certificate course in beauty culture if you want to buy some time to explore and then decide.

There is no one important course. Take up a course based on your interests and skill sets. Arts, Commerce, Sciences are 3 broad categories in 11 and 12. Alternately, Diploma and certificate courses can be taken up to. For example -
Arts - Languages, psychology, journalism and media, humanities etc. Sciences - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, electronics
Commerce - Accounts, economics, statistics, ICWA and CA thereafter.

It all depends on your interest. MBA is also really helpful these days and adds a great weight in the CV only if done from a great college. Otherwise, you can also go M.Des if you're really interested in the field.
