Really sorry to say but no college will allow you for admission without having written any of the entrance test.
It is the basic requirement for admission in MBA, after graduation.
Colleges may skip interview rounds but entrance exams must have to be cleared.

If you are planning to work outside India then few years work experience in India is required, also the institute and its recognition, your academic percentage, coursework, internships and projects other activities like scholarships, awards, extracurricular activities, recommendation letters etc. Will be seen.

I would say that you will either land up in a job with 35 LPA or not at all in finance. But sales and marketing is an evergreen field. You will definitely get a job with around 13 LPA in the same.

You can try in PUMBA, MIT, ISMR and Indira. All these colleges are best B-schools in Pune and there are many more.

Yes, of course. The book is the best book to prepare for CAT. All other entrance tests can be easily prepared for with this book itself. Also, for easier understanding, there is a book named - Face to face by Arihant Publications. Refer the two books and that will be enough.

I don't know such a college in Indore, but there's a good college in Dehradun.
