Obviously, you can but the main question is it a right decision or not? Follow some step to analyse.
If you want change your course only due to homesickness then I don't think this one as a good decision because up to how much time you will this problem of homesickness after few years you have to go out to pursue your dream.
If you are doing it for degree only then you can go for it but you have to decide your field in which you want to go.
If you are getting some problem in hostel like loneliness, food, etc. then discuss with your parents about it.

Ness Wadia College of Commerce takes student on merit basis. Else MIT, Indira and Symbiosis have their own entrance exam. On your score you probably have chances to get admission in desired college.

ITM Navi Mumbai provides you 2years full time AICTE approved PGDM and if you talk about the placements, then it has been offered nice for the session 2016-18. The average package has been offered was 6.5 lacs per annum. With the highest being 14 lacs per annum at Amazon. The college has big names associated with it such as HDFC, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Motors, SBI, etc. Even internships and placements have been offered very well. Few companies are providing stipend up to Rs. 20,000 per month. Overall ITM is very good for the placements.

I think you should choose IET, Lucknow and there are 80% chances to get into IET. IET is at 2nd position under UPTU. It has good placement records from last 10 years.

ITM is the one of the best colleges for post-graduation in finance. You have two subjects in finance stream which are financial markets and finance. They try to make you understand the difficult terminology in finance plus they have a finance forum that lets you know all the latest updates.
They organises big events lectures and seminars where highly appreciated people come and give speeches. There is a lot to learn in ITM. There is also a simulation lab that lets you know about the stock market. Plus the whole experience is really great.

No, it Is very difficult to get admission in Sydenham at 95.63. You can try for Welingkar Institute of Management, but that too will be touch and go.
