Yes. It is a branch of XIME Bangalore. Admissions and placement are centralized. Apart from this Chennai itself has a lot of companies. It is one of the best B-school in Tamil Nadu.

MBA can be achieved after any course of graduation. But if you want to do your masters in Finance, then B.Com is the way ahead. If not, then you can go with BBA. You will get some idea about the field of business administration. But again, I would say it hardly matters. Find out your personal choice of interest and then, MBA will follow accordingly.

The 1st option is much more job oriented. Go for M.Sc in stats with big data analysis. Its a growing sector and has applications in all the fields.

Well, you will definitely GET a good college for MBA just perform well in the MBA entrance Exams. And keep your graduation % above 50 which is criteria for most of the MBA colleges and universities. But at this score of 10 and 12 IIM is difficult because they give weightage to your curriculum for IIM you have to work really hard in CAT and Score really well above 99 percentile.

There are lots of Colleges which provide PGDM programme. You can try in Mumbai colleges like K. J. Sommaiya, Welingkar, SIMSREE. And lot more but the fees for PGDM is high as compare to MS or MBA programs.

Yes, CMAT Score is accepted but you have to apply as a All India Candidate quota through DTE Process. And at this %ile you will easily get PUMBA.

In order to take admission in a distance education university, there is no entrance exam. The admission is done on the basis of merit. Generally, they accept admissions till the full capacity is taken.
