Yes, you can pursue MBA from Indraprastha University. Please check its official website and for further information do visit the institute atleast once. It would solve so many of your doubts and also get the exposure of the institute as a whole.

Yes, you can definitely pursue B.Com or BBA after your 12th. Which one to choose would depend upon your area of interest. If you are interested in managing accounts you may go for B.Com as it is the base for the same and if you are interested in management then you can go for BBA indeed.

You need to first decide from which city you want to do your higher studies and accordingly search for the colleges providing the same course. MBA would be a better option than PGDM because MBA gives the degree of Masters as well as the opportunity to even study further, if required.
