No, Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) does not change the NMAT syllabus every year. However, they do make minor changes to the syllabus from time to time make sure that it stays aligned with the latest trends as per the ever changing education systems. For instance, in 2020, GMAC made some changes to the NMAT syllabus and pattern to include more questions on data interpretation and critical reasoning.
The following are the major changes that have been made in the past five years:

Praxis Business School has an eligibility of minimum above 60% throughout the previous board examinations. He/She must be aware of the Social Affairs and should have good communication and behaviour. A candidate can apply for CUSAT CAT admission cancellation by writing a letter to the University and will get the refund of the amount after it. The Cochin University of Science and Technology publishes the CUSAT CAT seat allotment result all rounds.
