The minimum marks vary for each category, round, quota, and year. According to the ACPC cutoff 2024, admissions were closed at a rank of 9910047 for the students belonging to the General AI category. The university accepts admissions to MBA on the basis of 2 entrance exam, one being the ACPC exam, and other being the GUJCET entrance exam. Please note that the cutoffs vary for different categories and quotas.

For admission to the MBA course at Ahmedabad University, the candidates must apply online. Below-mentioned is the complete Ahmedabad University MBA admission process:
-In the first stage of admission, shortlisting of candidates through entrance exam scores take place.
-All the shortlisted undergraduate and postgraduate candidates are eligible to participate in the Personal Interaction round for admission.
-In the next round, the candidates will be finalised based on their entrance test scores, PI and WAT rounds and performance in Academic Profiles.

Admission to the B.Tech course at Ahmedabad University depends on the JEE (Main) score of the current year, CUET (Central Universities Entrance Tests) subject tests of Physics and Mathematics of the current year, or any State level (in India) Engineering Entrance examinations like MH-CET in Maharashtra, GUJCET in Gujarat, and others of the current year. Admission to Mithibai College is based on CUET entrance exam for undergraduate courses and for post graduate courses Common Entrance Test (CET) is conducted by the college.
