1-Ditch those guide books. The syllabus cannot be covered with them ever.
2-Trust past year's questions paper more than your syllabus.
3-The books I tried to read were - (a) Mass communication Theory : Foundations, Fermented, and Future, sixth edition, by Stanley J. Baran, Dennis K. Davis. (b) Introduction to Communication Studies by John Fiske (3rd Edition) (c) Mass Media Research- An Introduction; 9th Edition, by Roger D. Wimmer and Joseph R. Dominick (d) Development Communication by Uma Narula (e) International Communication by V. S. Gupta (f) Public Relations Handbook (2nd Edition) by Alison Thacker (g) Advertising Theory and Practice by Ruchi Gupta (h) Oxford Dictionary of Media and Communication
4-For topics like laws, ethics, history of media, animation or film, I made my own notes with the help of internet. Just go through old papers and find out concepts which are asked often. Then you can study those from pdfs or from other internet based sources.
5-The notes or resources, which you have studied in your post graduation, are extremely helpful for this examination.
6-Keval J. Kumar is a common book. A lot of students like that for NET as well. I didnt find that helpful though. Hope this helps. Thanks for reading.

Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology popularly Known as PSIT is a College of Higher Education has concluded its final placement drive with an excellent placement record. The college is a part of PSIT College of Engineering, Kanpur which is one of the leading institutes in India. The Times of India has ranked PSIT as 13th among all the private institutes of Engineering in placements. In the placement drive of 2020, the highest CTC stood at INR 26 LPA whereas the Minimum CTC stood at INR 3.6 LPA. PSIT Kanpur is conducting its placement drive for the batch passing out in 2023. As per the latest report, the highest package offered so far during PSIT Kanpur placement 2023 stood at INR 38 LPA. Atlassian offered this package to the students of the B.Tech course. Earlier, the highest package offered during the 2022 placement stood at INR 40 LPA. The institute recorded 176% placement rate for the batch 2022. The participating recruiters presented 3,579 job offers to the students during PSIT Kanpur placement 2022. The top recruiters of PSIT Kanpur in 2022 included Atlassian, Goldman Sachs, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, etc.

Well, both the campuses IIMP and ISBS are good for PGDM and MBA courses. Still, for PGDM programme : Ranking, placements, internships wise I found ISBS good. It is an AICTE approved college. Both are having a centralized placement. So regarding placements, the highest package is around 14 Lacs and the average package is above 6 Lacs
PGDM Fees is : 7.9lacs which includes Educational Foreign Tour, Branded Laptops, Certifications, Industry visits, Placement Trainings, National/ International Seminars. There is a difference in students' intake only in both the colleges, which is in IIMP total seats are 120 and in ISBS it's 300
The colleges efforts are worthy of admission here. The PGDM programme offered by this college is great. It gives us the opportunity to improve our knowledge. In my opinion, it is worthwhile to enter Indira. The objective is in which course you feel better. MBA is UGC approved degree certification programme whereas, PGDM is a Diploma programme approved by AICTE. MBA uses UGC university syllabus whereas PGDM have updated syllabus to the student with a practical knowledge of corporate sector.

IIM Indore is regarded as one of the most beautiful educational institute campuses in India among all B-Schools by students, parents and professionals alike. The classrooms at IIM Indore create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and nurtures the quest for knowledge that the students possess. The lecture theatres/classrooms offer a linear seating arrangement whereas the MDP classrooms provide more flexibility with round tables which can be arranged in an ad-hoc fashion to facilitate more interaction among the participants. All classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with all modern teaching aids. The Institute also has two auditoriums, each having an amphitheater. IIM Indore has state-of-the- art Sports Complex, having the best sports facilities for both indoor as well as outdoor sports.
