It's difficult although you can do CA, but you even don't know the basis of account and business, you will face difficulty in future in pursuing it, I will suggest dropping this option.

No,there is no coaching for CA but it is there for CAT and Banking.

CAs, basically, are required to solve taxation problems, auditing & accounting matters etc. As you are working with bank, I assumed that you worked as relationship manager/credit analyst/product manager- (Trade finance, cash management, etc. )
CFA as a whole is concentrated towards investment banking, equity research, Portfolio Management etc. It has no relation to what exactly you are doing at the moment. The CFA is geared toward those individuals that invest in the public markets. It seems that you are confused. Go for CA. If you want to go for a course with a shorter duration of time, then go for MBA.

No, you can't get admission in any of the IIMs, where eligibility is a UG Degree with minimum 50% marks and a CAT Score with 99+ percentile.

It's good to read that you have clarity on your career path. Since there is an option available of pursuing CA after 12th standard, its advisable for you to enrol for it and pursue it along with your B.Com. You will have dual benefit here on one side along with B.Com, you will be able to gets additional qualification of CA & in case you are not able to clear CA then also after completing your graduation you can explore M.Com / MBA as other options.

As per the MOU, a degree of 2 years post ICAI experience and passing some subjects are required to become a member of NZICA. On becoming member apply for public practice. Then, there may be high probability to immigrate to NZ and brighter job scope.
