Both the course are considered to be the same level. But the general perception is that CA is tougher. There are some common subjects. You can prepare for them together.
You will need to divide your time for the other subjects. You could have timetable so that you spend equal time for both.

You can check the official website www.icai.org to see the procedure of registering in your state/chapter and then start working hard to clear your exams. It can be done through correspondence mode but the regular study is very important to clear the papers.

You can pursue any course like B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BA, BHM, etc. after completing your class 12th.

You need coaching classes to crack the entrance, so you can look for online or offline options. You can also check the complete syllabus at their websites.

It is a two-year course.
Remember CA is of four years and ATC is of two-year.
ATC after class 12th is equivalent to the Group-I examinations of IPCC (CA).
