Its totally depends upon your interest that in which course you want to pursue. I will suggest you to do BBA then MBA to get good job. The course mainly includes basic business studies and advanced with specific focuses as well. BBA course deals with knowledge and training in management and administration of business by imparting managerial and entrepreneurial skills to management aspirants from any stream like Science, commerce or arts. As per my knowledge BBA and CA are two different courses. As per my understanding BBA full form is Bachelor of Business Administration. BBA course deals with knowledge and training in management and administration of business by imparting managerial and entrepreneurial skills to management aspirants from any stream like Science, commerce or arts. No, it is not tough for a Science passed student. 

CA course is equally tough for everyone. You do not need any prior knowledge of any concepts of commerce so it does not matter whether your stream in 12th was Arts or Science or Commerce.

No, there is not a single college in India that provides CA course. CA is not a graduation course like B.Com and it cannot be done through a college. You have to register in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to get admission. It is a distance learning course.

I would suggest you choose a college where attendance is not mandatory because you will be spending most of your time in CA coaching classes. So try to look for colleges which don't care about your attendance.

Yes you can. Your 12th stream does not matter. You have to register in ICAI CA Institute) for admission and you can pursue the course.
