Yes, you can pursue, as per UGC guidelines, student can pursue 2 different programs from 2 different universities. But, you should work on your time management as both the programs require good amount of time for the studies.

1. Certified bank manager program: A 2 year course covering the areas of banking and financial services, money, banking laws and regulations, treasury, credit, risk management and banking strategy. The course is offered by the Institute of Bank Management and Research (IBMR) - Hyderabad.
2. Diploma in banking and services (DBFS): This is a post graduate 2 year Diploma course offered by the Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance (IFBI) - Mumbai. A graduate student in any discipline with minimum 50% marks is eligible for this course, along with a personal interview.

If you haven't done your UG, you should apply for Bachelor degree programs and major in Physics. Astronomy, Astrophysics can be opted as specialised Masters after you complete your Bachelor degree.
