To being an animator, you must complete class 12th and must learn animation principles, tool and technics, knowledge of 2D, sketching, anatomy, acting, posing and facial expression is always a plus point.
To being an animation director, you must have huge experience in animation field as a senior artist, you must have handled several animated movies and series and worked in several such projects.

Educational qualifications remain the same i.e BE or B.Tech but to get into companies like Google, Microsoft etc. you need to be from the top colleges (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS Pilani, Thapar university etc.) across India with good grades. Apart from grades, you need to have exceptional technical knowledge as well.

Software Asset Management is expected to be a huge market in the future. It is expected to be a 10 billion industry from a 5 million industry. You can apply for a certification by Microsoft which would make you a Microsoft Certified Professional. The certification costs RS.5000 and the certification names are MCP 679 and MCP 670. You can then apply in all major companies like KPMG and EY. There are a lot of MNC's like SoftwareOne which are hiring fresher usually. So this could be a good option right now.
