If you do not want to do M.Sc the MBA is an option for you. Besides, you can also go for specialized courses such as those related to computer. You can also Bhagyashri change subjects in post graduation in case you are not doing M.Sc. due to Science subjects.

Dheeraj, The B.Pharm graduates can either go for jobs in the related field or can opt for further advanced studies. The options available after B.Pharm is:
M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Management Program in Pharmacy
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Management program in Hospital Management
and so on.
