Harsha, b n m institute of technology, Bangalore, b m s college of engineering, Bangalore< MIT, Bangalore etc are offering lateral entry.
Apart from them there are some good universities outside Bangalore like Amity, Lovely Professional University etc that offer lateral entry. They have good placements and offer scholarships too.

Ayoushi, doing BA is just not suffcient enough to be a Professor. After BA you will need to do MA and then perhaps PhD. And also you need to clear the UGC Net exam and stand in some merit in the list of applicants for the Professor's job.
