No, you only need to appear for SNAP to be eligible for admission.

You can apply for colleges with this percentile. However, I would suggest you to retake CAT and target colleges that are 70% percentile plus.

Welingkar might be a good option for you. But, if this is your first attempt at CAT or XAT, there is nothing to get disheartened. Get some work experience and come back again at CAT and XAT because you'll get a dream college from these exams only. I hope you've heard King Bruce and the spider's story. So, try and try until you succeed.

If the gap is not for more than 2 years then it is not a problem. There are many students who reappear to get better scores. To make best of such a situation in the interim period, you should start working and gain some work experience. This will give you an edge over other students at the time of your final placement.
