Low marks in graduation don't affect a lot if you want to do Masters then first you have to filter all the entrance examinations that are suitable for you and try more to fo better in this and prepare for the interview as well because the entrance exam has almost 60 - 70 % weightage and almost 10-20% interview and rest are academic and extracurricular so start preparing.

No, you can apply for CAT exam when you are in final year of your graduation. The year of 2022 in the final year of your B.Sc. Degree. So you will be eligible for appearing CAT examination.
