So, first you have to complete yours graduation and then appear in CAT for admission in IIMs.

If you have work experience prepare well regarding your project details in which you are/were tagged in, otherwise, if you are a fresher, go through the details of your projects which you did in the final year along with updated with the latest trend of AI being a technical guy.

Of course, you can. CAT is national level entrance and TANCET is state level entrance for Tamil Nadu region. You can attempt both in a year.
