The best option would be to go for arts in order to prepare for UPSC because major arts subjects are included in the syllabus of UPSC. Also, if you pursue graduation then it will automatically help you to prepare for maximum syllabus of the UPSC exam which will help you in clearing the same.

Hi Arko,
I would suggest you to pursue Diploma engineering in India. After class 10th, it is a 3 year course. You can do this either in mechanical or electrical engineering. After that, you will have more opportunities either you can do B.Tech or you can also go for government jobs.
