Hello Shanika,If you want to pursue engineering at reputed college then definitely you need to prepare for JEE Main again, since with 82 percentile your rank is beyond 2 lac. So, you don't have much chance of getting admission in CSE in good colleges. So, give another chance to JEE Main and hope you will get above 98-99 percentile in JEE Main. All the best.

There is no problem in choosing B.Com after completing two years of Science. Students pursue their dreams by choosing what they want to pursue. B.Com is little accounts oriented syllabus I request you to think about the accountancy part before you get admitted. Other suggested course for you to handle could be BBA, which has less of accountancy and will help you cope up with the syllabus. B.Com also is the best option just that you need to concentrate more on the accountancy part.

The minimum requirement for jobs in forensic labs are Master's degree in forensic Science. You can specialize in toxicology, QD, ballistics etc. The job opportunity after B.Sc Forensic is less as compared to other B.Sc. Courses, because forensic related jobs must require Master's degree.
