You need to apply for admission by filling the forms, which are just almost out of Universities, after filling it, you have to clear entrance exam and for that you have to prepare - reasoning, Aptitude, GK, English (Basic).
Once you will clear, you will be a journalism student. P. S. I would suggest you to fill forms for 2 or 3 universities/colleges, so that after result you can choose the best one.

After class 12th, go for a good Graduation course. Selecting a graduation course will depend on your subject of interest and subjects you studied in class 11th and class 12th. First, decide what is your field of interest and subjects you studied will date is online with the same. Some common fields students choose are engineering, medical Science and Commerce. If Science is your field of interest than dig deep and look for specific subject Physics/Chemistry or Mathematics. For each subject Engineering would be a better option. You have to clear CAT to be eligible for MBA from IIM with taking target above 95, then only you will have chances to seek admission in any IIM, so work hard accordingly.
