Most of the fashion designing colleges require the students to score atleast 45%-50% aggregate in Class 10 and 12 from any recorgnised board to be considered eligible and students are also advised to appear for popular common entrance exams to increase their chances in getting accepted to most Fashion Design colleges.

Its almost impossible to take admission into B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the compulsory subjects.
To take admission now you can opt for doing Maths from open board i.e. National Institute Of Open Schooling.

Yes, you can get admission in Vinoba Bhave University with scoring 60% in class 12th. Because there are around 12colleges in this university and other than there are 70 other colleges affiliated to this university, so there are enough number of seats to pursue higher studies in Vinoba Bhave University. First eligibility to get admission in this university is to pass class 12th with minimum 50% of the score. So don't worry, you can easily get admission by scoring 60%in class 12th.
