Yes, You are eligible for the BCA course at Aryabhatta college. Eligibility Criteria: Pass class 10+2 in Arts, Commerce, or Science from a recognised board with a minimum of 50 percent for the unreserved category/OBC Category and 45 percent for the SC/ST Category. English as one of the mandatory subject studied at 12th level. Minimum aggregate score of 50% to 60% at 10+2 level of education

There is no guarantee, but your chances will be high. As of now the average pay for fresher CA's who have passed with multiple attempts is Rs. 8Lac p. a. and for 1st attempt pass CA's it is around 10-15 lac p. a. and for rankers it ranges from 15 lacs to 35 lacs p. a. Even if you start on the lower side you can easily earn upto 10-15 lacs p. a. in around 3-5 years of time.

You should consider a few things when choosing a career. Those things are : 1. Interest in the subject, 2. Duration of the course, 3. Chances of you passing that course, 4. Earning potential. In the three courses that you have mentioned, earning potential is very high in all of these. Chances of passing are the highest in Doctor, lower and in CA and the lowest in IAS. Duration of Doctor and CA is 5+ years whereas IAS may take even longer. Interest in subject is upto you.
