Yes, All the Cambridge International AS Level English Syallbuses are accepted in lieu of Class 12 English subject of Indian boards provided students enter for the same in Year 12 of their schooling.

B.Sc. Biotechnology, B.Tech/BE Biotechnology ( Entrance exams such as JEE Main JEE Advanced MUOET, etc. ), B.Tech Food Technology ( Entrance exams such as JEE Main JEE Advanced or university specific test), B.Tech BioEngineering/Biomedical Engineering (Entrance exams like VITEEE JEE Main JEE Advanced etc. B.Sc. Bioinformatics ( Admission based on merit or university specific entrance exam), these are the courses you can go in any stream. Eligibility
Minimum 50% marks in class 12 from any recognised board. Biology Physics Chemistry as main subjects in class 12.

After 12th. I suggest you to go for government job through coaching while at the same time take admission in any undergraduate course of arts stream.

NO. Exam will be conducted offline and they will be held from march 4 to April 7,2022. so it would be better if you should start prepare yourself from now according to offline exam.

Yes. You can if you have knowledge of that field but it's completely up to you. If you think you have enough knowledge and interest in that field you can definitely change. I know one of my classmates who change their field from Science to commerce as he doesn't understand Science and teachers also suggest he change and he passed 12th with a very good grade.

Private medical colleges will not give any fee concession depending on the marks that you earned in 12th. They will allow the seat depending on your entrance exam and they might give any fee concession depending on the rank that you perceived in that entrance exam. So what I would like to suggest is that it is not compulsory to get 90/100 in your 12 state exams, but it would be great if you maintain a decent score.
