You can explore about law courses after 12th but some law colleges do not allow NIOS certification. You can explore about -
- vocational courses from good colleges
- hotel management courses
- journalism courses
- language courses like B.A. In English Spanish, etc. - You can enroll for any B.A. Course and prepare for government. Exam

You can't get into Government colleges without JEE but there are some private colleges in which you can get admission without JEE or any other entrance exam

Hi Kumar marksheets can not be downloaded from internet. Only scorecard can. If you lost your original marksheet you must file a FIR for the same and then show it to the board office in School or Bhopal so that they can verify and reissue you the marksheet.
