If your name is correct in class 10th and not correct in class 12th, then you should ask your board to correct name and reissue class 12th mark sheet with the correct name. This should not be a problem in admissions though you should keep an undertaking/affidavit ready for this effect.

For enrollment in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course at IIAS, Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (or its equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).

NIT-Trichy is one of the best NITS. Your academic record is okay, but CAT is low. Follow through the counseling process and you may get a chance.

You have not mentioned about your Bachelor's degree, because Graduation is mandatory for doing the LLB course. However, admission in the three years Law course is done on the basis of rigorous admission test, in which out of thousands of candidates only 80(eighty) lucky students are admitted strictly on the basis of merit.
