Nothing happen, either you start any other job or you can join any flying club as an instructor. Maybe after some more hours of experience, you may get a job in some airlines.

It is suggested that you do either MCA or join a job as a developer. I am of the opinion DBA should be done after gaining few years of development experience. MCA is an ideal educational qualification for career in IT industry.
