Chaudhary Bansi Lal University has refund policy which has been framed as per UGC guidelines. If a student withdraws before classes start then the student may be given 100% refund less an administrative charge. Nevertheless, after the commencement of the particular academic session, the refund is generally in proportion to the timely withdrawal. The times that the withdrawal was made close to the start of the program, the refund received is small. There are certain refund policies at university level which also differ in terms of rules, deadlines, and kinds of deductions, so, it will be wise to read a specific university refund policy.

Chaudhary Bansi Lal University (CBLU) is generally considered a Tier 2 university in India. Tier 1 universities are typically top-ranking institutions known for their high-quality education, strong research output, and global recognition, such as the IITs, IIMs, and top central universities.
CBLU, being a state university, provides quality education but does not have the same level of national or international recognition or research output as Tier 1 institutions. Tier 2 universities like CBLU are reputable but tend to focus more on regional education and cater primarily to students within the state or nearby areas.
