Faculty members are mostly Ph.D. holders from reputed institutes like IITs, etc. Teaching quality is up to standards. The course curriculum is relevant and provides both technical and practical knowledge to students with enhanced learning. Students are equipped with sufficient knowledge to make them capable enough to work in any industry required. Semester exams are moderately difficult but one can score easily.

There are many recruiters participating in placement drive at HAU Hisar. But the top recruiter who participate every year is HDFC bank. The other top recruiters participated during HAU Hisar placement drive included Agrosaw, Escorts, Nestle, Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank, John Deere, USHA, Harvest and many others.

Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University provides good placement in various companies. Also after post graduation you can seek job in the university itself with a mind blowing package. After UG, the package starts with 4 LPA and the median package is 5-6 LPA. The jobs are offered in private companies and some banks like HDFC bank etc.

Yes, scholarships are available in CCSHAU. Category based scholarship is also available and On basis of your score every semester, you get scholarships. The first scholarship you get is basis on the Marks of Entrance Test. First 25% students get Scholarship of Rs. 800-1000 per month for 4 to 5 months. The next scholarship will be on the basis of your score in 1st sem. If you have scored above 7.5 CGPA and you are among first 25% students, then you are eligible for the scholarship. Similarly for the next semesters.

While in first year, some students think they can easily do the exam and score well. But for scoring good, you have to study. Not that 3-4 hours everyday, even half an hour or an hour can work for scoring good. Besides studying, you can engage yourself in different sports activities in the university. Firstly, the students (freshers) should explore the Campus and that's not an easy task as the campus is very big. Study is an important part but exploring the Beautiful Campus and engaging yourself in different sports activities will benefit you very much.
